The Barn House can be found at the Grade II listed 'Seven Stars' former farmstead and drovers inn. It's steeped in history and arguably set in one of the most beautiful parts of the Welsh Countryside.

The location is rural, but not remote, it has fantastic views and is within a short drive or bike ride of the Elan Valley lakes and rugged hillscape. Rhayader and Llandrindod Wells (with range of shops, restaurants ansd services) are only ten minutes drive in either direction on the A44. And over the hill is Abbey Cwm Hir, the final resting of the Prince Llewelyn ap Gruffydd. If you want to visit the Abbey ruins it is a brisk scenic walk; mountain bike ride or short drive over to the real ale pub, absolutely superb.
